"Il Tempio Oscuro / The Dark Temple" is an italian group that aims to bring together Real Vampires / HLV, Donors, Therians, Otherkins, Energy Workers and even Sympathizers and Supporters.

Our community was created with the purpose of supporting all persons that belongs to this Nature, to provide support to all those who have just become aware, to defeat the isolation, in which all of us often is, and try to socialize, share our experiences, talk, give advice to each other, even organize meetings.

Of course, we dedicate ourselves also to deepen all themes regarding our culture and every other topic that could be related to it.

Usually we deal with: 

 

• VAMPIRISM and LYCANTHROPY, retracing the legends and folklore to determine if there is a bottom of truth, even confronted with medical research.

• PSYCHIC FACULTIES, if exta-sensorial perceptions are just suggestion or, actually, have basis in reality. How to test them, how to develop them further, practices in order to raise them.

• OCCULTISM, dedicating ourselves to the esoterical practice, but also exploring the spirituality of all different currents and traditions.

• SUPERNATURAL, trying to find out if there is a "spiritual world" beyond sensible knowledge. As much as possible without losing sight of a rational attitude, to reconcile these two worlds.

• MYSTERIES, investigating the unknown: in which cases it may be just suggestion or mystifications and which ones instead are not. 

 

We are all animated by the desire to learn and do research, to find the answers to our ancestral questions, and, most importantly, to acquire a wider awareness. Always trying to keep a balance between rationality and open-mindedness.

We started this project with the aim of make known our reality, often  considered controversial, in order to end prejudice and superstition.  Because spreading the correct information, with responsibility and seriousness, we think is the first step that could lead to acceptance.
